Younes Addou is the Vice President for Finance of OCP Africa, a subsidiary of OCP Group, a producer and exporter of phosphates and its derivatives. OCP Africa has 12 offices and employs over 250 people across Africa. Prior to stepping into the role of Vice President, Mr Addou spent over 4 years at OCP in different leadership positions, including as head of the Group’s portfolio management. Previously, he held various management positions in the investment space, at Private Equity firms and International Consulting firms, including Abraaj Capital and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

 

Mr Addou has a Master’s degree in finance and International Risk Management from HEC Paris. He is also a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, where he received a diploma in computer engineering.
