
ETG acquires Nitrophoska in South Africa

ETG Inputs Holdco Limited (EIHL), a subsidiary of ETG, has acquired Nitrophoska, a well-established South African company with more than 50 years of expertise in delivering innovative agricultural solutions. The transaction fee was not disclosed.
Founded in the 1960s, Nitrophoska operates five strategically positioned blending plants across Malmesbury, Moorreesburg, Wolseley, Swellendam, and Rietpoel. These plants collectively offer a total blending capacity exceeding 1000 metric tons per day. Strategically located, they efficiently serve customers across the Western Cape in South Africa.
