ETG Inputs Holdco Limited (EIHL), a subsidiary of ETG, has announced the acquisition of Nitrophoska, a prominent South African agricultural company with over 50 years of experience in delivering innovative crop nutrition solutions. The transaction fee remains undisclosed.
Founded in the 1960s, Nitrophoska operates five strategically located blending facilities across Malmesbury, Moorreesburg, Wolseley, Swellendam, and Rietpoel. Together, these sites offer a combined blending capacity of over 1,000 metric tons per day—enabling reliable and efficient service to farmers throughout South Africa’s Western Cape.
